Additive manufacturing (AM) can quickly and easily obtain lattice structures with light weight excellent mechanical properties. Body-centered cubic (BCC) structure is a basic type of structure. BCC Z strut (BCCZ) derivative structure, it has good adaptability to AM. Generally, the thickness each pillar in BCCZ uniform, which results uneven stress distribution pillar. This makes potential high strength not fully played, utilization rate materials be further improved. paper designs an optimization method. Through structural analysis method based on parametric modeling parameters presented. The section radius all pillars taken as design variable, specific sensitivity simulated full idea are successively used determine optimal Finally, corresponding model designed samples manufactured by LPBF technology for simulation experimental verification. experiment show that limit optimized parts increased 18.77% 18.43%, respectively, compared before optimization.
